Q1.  Is there a way I can track my order to find out how long it will take to get to me?
A1.  Yes. Once your order has been shipped, normally via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most UPS Ground deliveries will arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, we will send a FedEx tracking number to you via email once your order is processed. Another option is by clicking on "order Status" from the store menu, and by following the instructions. You may then view the detail information regarding all your orders recently placed as well as their respective tracking numbers.

Q2.  I ordered an item awhile ago and still have not received it. Who can I contact for more information?

Q3.  How may I change the password that was sent to me when my account was first created?
A3.  From the store menu on the left, click on "Change Password", and then follow the instructions. You may be asked to logon first using your old password. Your user name can not be changed, and is always the e-mail you entered when your account was created.

Q4.  I cannot remember my password. What should I do?
A4.  From the store menu on the left, click on "Edit Account". At the logon screen, enter the e-mail address that we have in our system for your account, and then click the "Retrieve password" button. Your password will be emailed to the address you have entered.

Q5.  What is your return policy for damaged products or exchanges?
A5.  Although we take much caution to prevent them, we understand that problems with shipping can occur occasionally. If you have received a damaged product or wish to exchange an item you have ordered for another size or item of similar price, please contact our customer service team FIRST within 7 days from time you received your order. Q7.  Must I use a credit card to pay for my order?
A7.  No. You can pay for an order with a money order if you either do not own a credit card or wish not to use one for privacy reasons while shopping online. However, we do not ship orders purchased with money orders until we receive and process payment. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and money orders.
